Refund Policy


Refund Policy:

We will refund your money in the following cases:

-The product you purchased does not match the description on the site.

-The product you purchased is out of stock.

-If your payment is less than the price indicated on the site, you will be given the opportunity to make full payment or receive a refund.

-If your payment is not in the specified currency, you will be given the option to re-pay after refund or make up the difference in the exchange rate.

Refunds will not be made for the following reasons:

-You have found a lower price offer for the product.

-You are requesting a refund because you’ve changed your mind after the product has already been received.

Payments may be canceled or suspended for the following reasons:

-The Administration has the right not to pay in case of violation of the rules posted on the Site.

-The Administration has the right not to make payment until the dispute is resolved in case the Buyer sends a corresponding request or claim regarding the services provided.

 

All transaction fees related to refunds are non-refundable.

Since we process returns according to your payment method, it may take 1-3 business days for returns to be processed.

Buyer will be notified of the refund by email linked to Buyer's account.
