COPYRIGHT PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
It is prohibited to buy and sell:
- Counterfeits;
-Stolen items;
-Fake or illegal digital items;
-Goods/ services that violate the rights of third parties;
-Products or services infringing intellectual property rights.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER REGARDING COPYRIGHT
-The User is responsible for the content of his/her ads on the trading platform, compliance with the laws and regulations of the country (countries) in which the User works.
-The User confirms that he/she owns or has the legal rights to use and distribute all information, data, schedules, texts, videos, music or other intellectual property that are offered to other Users (customers/ buyers) who access and use this platform.
-In the event that the User uses a trading platform for sales that violate applicable local or international laws or regulations, the Administration reserves the right to cancel the provision of its services under this agreement with immediate effect and without prior notice to the User.
COPYRIGHT WARRANTIES AND STATEMENTS
-The user guarantees that the products/ services offered by him/her must correspond to the information specified in the name and description of the goods, do not contain claims of third parties and the fact of their placement does not violate intellectual property rights.
-By placing an offer for the sale of goods/ services with the indication of trademarks, the User guarantees that these items are posted by him/her in a legal way (with the consent of the copyright holder or after the goods are introduced into civil circulation by an authorized person).
-By posting information about products/ services subject to mandatory certification, if applicable, or licensed activities, the User is responsible for the availability of appropriate documentary permissions, if applicable.
-In the event that the Administration becomes aware of information, products, services that are prohibited for publication and/ or offer in accordance with this Policy and/ or applicable law, or activities carried out without appropriate permission, the User’s account will be blocked without prior notice.
-User warrants and declares that he/she is duly authorized and has the right, title and license for the offered products/ services. The user is solely and primarily responsible in this regard, using the trading platform only as a platform. If the User violates this warranty, the Administration may immediately suspend or terminate the provision of the Services for the User. In case of violation of intellectual property rights, the Administration reserves the right to delete such information and receive compensation for any losses incurred in this regard, if any.
The Seller is primarily responsible to the Buyer for any obligations related to license agreements with the Buyer, in accordance with applicable law.
